St. John's and Holy Rosary Parishes place a high priority on praying for and caring for the sick. Please notify the Parish Office if you have family or friends who need a visit or would like to receive the Anointing of the Sick. The Anointing of the Sick is one of the seven Sacraments of the Church and brings strength, confidence and many times ph.ysical healing to the sick. This sacrament conveys several graces and imparts gifts of strengthening in the Holy Spirit against anxiety, discouragement, and temptation. It also instills peace and fortitude.
Individuals who suffer from any sort of illness or disease are invited to this Mass. One does not have to be dying to receive this sacrament. The sacrament may be repeated. Everyone in the parish is invited. If you cannot join us please pray for all those who are sick and in need of God's healing.
A special Mass with a communal Anointing of the Sick will be held on Saturday, December 12, at 10:30 am. Lunch will be provided following the Mass. Everyone is welcome to join us.
